So you know that Thinx has reusable underwear designed to absorb periods and bladder leaks. But did you know that all of our products can be covered by your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) benefits?
Redeeming your account dollars on Thinx underwear is super easy. Just make sure to follow these step-by-step instructions to get your undies paid for.
Luckily, all of our products are HSA- and FSA-eligible: including Thinx and Thinx Teens period underwear and Thinx for All Leaks bladder leak underwear. All you have to do is pick out the styles that speak to you. Classic black Hiphugger? Sleek, chic Hi-Waist? Or maybe something lacy and colorful? The world is your oyster.
Pro tip: build your own set of absorbent underwear with our custom bundle builder tool to stock up on more pairs for less $$$!
You can use your FSA/HSA/HRA debit or credit card (or your personal one, depending on your plan) directly at the checkout step of your purchase process. If you experience any issues with the card at checkout, please check your balance — if there are enough funds in your account, you may need to contact an administrator at your plan to authorize a purchase on our site.
Note that Afterpay and orders processed in currencies other than USD are not eligible. If you prefer to check out using another method, please review your plan for details about applying for reimbursement.
Don’t delete your receipt! Depending on your insurance plan, you may be required to fill out a claim form with an itemized receipt, so keep your order confirmation email on hand — you might need it to prove that your purchase went towards a qualified medical expense.
If you have any other questions about redeeming your FSA/HSA/HRA account benefits on Thinx, our team is happy to help out! You can contact us at support.thinx.com.
