Toss them in a normal load of laundry on a delicate cycle — the other clothes will be fine! (No bleach or fabric softener.) If you'd rather hand wash, use lukewarm water. Replace Thinx Teens at 30 washes.
Hang dry
Hang dry after washing — the heat from the dryer and irons hurts the undies’ elasticity, which helps keep leaks in.
